What Bible translations do you use in the videos?
We currently use the New English Translation (NET) and the New Living Translation (NLT). We are currently working on obtaining pemissions for other translations.

Can I suggest a verse for consideration?
Absolutely! We cannot guarantee we will produce it or create it in time for your deadline, but we love to hear what passages your are teaching on and want to do our best to create videos based on the Scripture you are preparing and delivering.

Are Visual Scripture videos available on DVD?
Currently, our videos are only available online through download as an mpeg-1 file.

Where can I show these videos?
Once you have purchased a video from Visual Scripture you can use it however you wish in whatever setting you wish. We simply ask you do not re-sell the video or include it in a sellable DVD / Video. We also ask you do not include any portion of the video in another video project. If you have further questions, please feel free to contact us.

What types of credit cards do you accept?
We currently accept Master Card and Visa.

Why was my credit card denied?
- Was your 16-digit credit card number entered correctly?
- Check the expiration date of your card.
- Does the name on your Visual Scripture account match the name on your card?
- Does the billing address on your Visual Scripture account match the billing address on your card?
-  Did you enter the correct security code from the back of your card?

If you are still having problems, contact your credit card company or use a different card.

My download didn’t work the first time. Can I try it again?
The link to the downloadable product that was emailed to you will expire after 72 hours or 3 attempts until you have successfully downloaded the product, whichever comes first. You should have enough time to complete the download if the original download was corrupted/interrupted for some reason.

What if my download link expires before I get the chance to download what I ordered?
